# Skipshit

> People and Property Search for Claude and ChatGPT. A pay-as-you-go skiptracing MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, and any MCP-compatible LLM client. Get phones, emails, addresses, age, relatives, and properties — by name or by address.

## What it does

Skipshit is a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Inside any MCP-compatible LLM client, you can ask in natural language to look up a person and the LLM calls one of three tools:

- search_person_or_address — search by full name (with city/state/zip narrowing) OR by street address
- expand_person_record — expand a relative / associate / property owner id returned by an earlier search into a full record

Each successful search returns investigation-grade verified contact data — names, phones, emails, current and historical addresses, age, relatives and associates, owned property, liens, judgments, bankruptcies, and registered business affiliations. Results are persisted to your account history; `get_search_history` is a free re-read tool that does not consume credits.
